Post hysterectomy pathology report
My mother aged 48 had post menopausal bleeding.After cervical and endometrial biopsy doctors recommended hysterectomy.Pathology report for specimen removed in hysterectomy is attached.Also attaching cervical biopsy report.Please inform care to be taken in future.Thanks.
