My mom age 49 started bleeding after 1 year of menopause. The bleeding was heavy and I did teleconsultation. Doctor suggested TVS ultra sound. I am attaching the reports. Please suggest what is the next step. She is still facing spotting and intaking medicine to stop the menstrual flow as suggested in the telecommunication.

She requires clinic visit and internal vaginal examination. Post menopausal bleeding is serious not to be taken lightly. In 10 percentage of the cases there is chance of cancer of the uterus. She needs endometrial biopsy to rule out cancerous changes
