Post heavy dandruff clots

Thanks for the query.
Meet a Dermatologist to get it diagnosed.
It may not be simple dandruff and could some other disease. Till then keep using a ketoconazole based shampoo every other day. Consider taking antihistamines for symptomatic relief.
Many more things has to be understood which is possible only in face to face consultation.
