Hi. I have been getting bad headaches and drowsy ness in the morning. Had covid 2 weeks back..pls suggest an anti inflammatory medicine which i can take on a daily basis..Energy levels keep fluctuating, while i have been going to work,very heavy head in the morning and sometimes through the day.

I don't want to blame Covid 2 weeks ago for all your symptoms.
These days half of the Country is facing heat wave conditions. I want to attribute your symptoms to Heat exhaustion.
Please look after your hydration. Take at least 12-15 glasses of water per day including lime juice and Chhachh. Take soft easily digestible food with minimum spices and oil.
Go for morning walk after taking two glasses of water. You will feel better.
