Many Patients are having post covid symptoms. For which symptomatic management is required. Few patients tend to have a bit higher body temp even after recovery but less than 100F. Check her temp and get a repeat panel of CRP and IL6 and D Dimer. some patients also developed complications within 2 weeks after recovery. So keep montoring her symptoms. Give Paracetamol for headache..maintain hydration- nimboo pani, ORS, Coconut water, Soup, Luke warm water. Continue steam inhalation and breathing exercise. Only after a detail history of previous and present symptoms along with lab , Further management can be planned.
