I want to know wheather my ecg is alright or i have to go for 2d echo Symptom soemtime heartbeat around 100 beats while watching tv or doing normal work or rest While sleeping in night it is around 70 to 80 beats

Ecg seems fine. Increased heart rate is a symptom of covid. This might go away. If not then consult cardiologist.
