This could be telogen effluvium in which abrupt onset hair fall occurs after a febrile illness. It will settle in 4-6 months and hair will grow back. Did you get acne after treatment? If yes then it is acneiforn eruption which is treatable.
Next Steps
consult a dermatologist with photographs for better evaluation and treatment
Health Tips
eat protein rich diet, lots of greens.

Temporary hair loss is normal after a fever or illness Fever is a common symptom of COVID-19. A few months after having a high fever or recovering from an illness, many people see noticeable hair loss. While many people think of this as hair loss, it's actually hair shedding called telogen effluvium. A reversible condition in which hair falls out after a stressful experience. acne also can b coz of the steroid use. It will stabilise with medication and will take time. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
Health Tips
