With incompetent abortion Or retained products of conception patient generally present with irregular vaginal bleeding yes needs to be removed because blood and blood products are wonderful culture medium and  may invite infection and block the tubes

Bleeding or pain more than 8-10 day after MTP kit taking, most of the case bcz of RPOC. Its persistent pain and on and off bleeding.
