Possible sciatica pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi... i am suffering from severe pain in my legs.. mostly in left leg. The pain originates from left hip and then moves down to leg and then foot. Sometimes the same pain is there in both legs. Iam having difficulty in walking aswell. Kindly suggest if i should consult a ortho asap or any other suggestion l. Thanks!!

Yes this sounds like a sciatica pain due to nerve compression in your lower spine(back). This has become quite common now a days due to stressful lifestyle. You need to take bed rest and consult an ortho for proper evaluation. Best way to avoid this is bed rest,posture improvement, avoid sitting down for long time or bending and lifting heavy weight.
