Possible Phimosis - Tight foreskin
Tight foreskin. When I try to retract foreskin, i can't. Had a slight rip on the tip of the foreskin which has healed but the pain comes back during sex. Thereafter peeing burns and then this subsides after a day or two.  Need a recommended steroid cream to try to retract foreskin and clean smegma buildup if any.

Do not take steroid without seeing doctor. Some phimosis may need circumcision operation. If not treated, phimosis can cause infection, sexual problems, kidney damage and even there is small risk of cancer.

You need to evaluate if you have a tight frenulum ( the skin connecting the foreskin to the back of the penis) and then this is torn and heals at a different position this can happen . So it's important to check physically with a urologist for the same. DO NOT use steroids without it being prescribed to you by a doctor
