USG ABDOMEN LIVER: is normal in size and shows homogenous echotexture. No evidence of intrahepatic biliary radicles dilatation/focal space occupying lesion. The portal vein and common bile duct shows normal caliber. GALL BLADDER: is distended and shows edematous wall, maximum wall thickness measures 4.5 mm. No evidence of calculus/sludge.No evidence of pericholecystic collection. SPLEEN: Is normal in size and shows normal echo pattern. PANCREAS: shows normal echo anatomy and its relationship with splenic vein is normal. KIDNEYS: Both the kidneys are normal in size, shape and location and show normal cortico-medullary differentiation. Bilateral normal cortical echogenicity. Right kidney measures- 95 x 45 mm. No evidence of hydronephrosis or calculus. Left kidney measures- 92 x 43 mm. No evidence of hydronephrosis or calculus. URINARY BLADDER: is filled minimally. Approximately 5.7 x 5.6 cm sized mixed echogenic lesion with internal calcific foci noted in pelvis.,
