Slow and steady wins the race .. we will have to find out thr root cause of the matter .. accordingly ayurvedic medicine consumption for more than a month alongwith panchkarma will help to tackle portal vein thrombosis... Blood thinning agents have to be started.

For what concern did portal vein thrombosis noted or accidentally it's noted?
It can lead to Ascites i.e. collection of fluid in peritoneal cavity "Jalodar". In Ayurveda terms have good outcome but source needed to track.
Hopefully now a day thrombolysis can be done else it may move to another organ causing serious condition.
