Poor mental health
I have very poor mental health due to ongoing trauma witnessed as a child. Symptoms include: hypersensitivity, self harm, impulsivity, suicidal thoughts, low mood, awful self image, black and white views on people, excessive fear of abandonment, having weird flashbacks to traumatic events, panic attacks, extreme mood swings, unstable relationships with people, and a lot more that I cant fit into the character limits. I also weirdly crave for people to hurt me and treat me badly

I understand your concern. From whatever you have mentioned, looks like you have borderline emotionally unstable personality traits. However you would require a detailed evaluation by a nearby psychiatrist to confirm the diagnosis, that too after a couple of years. Some therapy sessions along with medical help might be useful for you.
