Firstly ensure adequate sleep. You can try ashwagandha for now if you cant visit a professional.  After u get good sleep you can visit a psychiatrist for other problems.

First and foremost relax.... Understand what is your problem by sorting it out to differeent catogories hence you are not mixing all the issues into one bowl which would have a bitter taste like this. If possible or available do consult a psychologist in your city and have better clarity and attain a peaceful life.
