Hello, My eyes are getting weak every month.The number of my eyes is increasing every month. One of my eyes is more weak . May I want to correct my eyes. Please give me some tips

An increasing number every month is almost next to impossible. Still if you have a constantly rising number then you must get a dilated funds examination done by an ophthalmologist. Constantly increasing or changing numbers might be seen in cataract or glaucoma also. These can also be detected by the ophthalmologist.
Health Tips
You must eat a healthy diet rich in green leafy vegetables, fish, eggs, citrus and yellow fruits, amla, carrots, etc. along with some mild daily exercise.
