You should take plenty of fluids and add fibre rich items to your daily diet.. include more fruits vegetables and greenleafy.. u will feel better..

No need to consult a Doctor now. It is normal. Consult the doctor when you have blood in stool or loose stool which is frothy and foul smelling.
Next Steps
Have plenty of water with high fiber diet like fruits and vegetables which makes the stool softer and avoid straining. Just have foods which enhance your intestinal bacteria which helps in easy and proper digestion like curd and yogurt.
