Poop 5-6 times in a day
My baby is 6 month old she is in formula fed or breast fed both and she is popping after every feed(4-5 times a day) . She is also on solid..recently i upgrade her formula ( lectogen) number frome 1 to 2 now she take lectogen number 2.. is it normal?? Or do I consult with doctor for this?? Plz help

Consult the pediatrician if vomiting , blood in stools, watery stools, fever , lethargy Could be because of the introduction of solids or change of formula
