Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am 26, unmarried. I have pcos for last 3 years and having Metformin tablets . Now I am suggested to start Diane 35 tablets . My periods started from 11th of march n stopped today. My question is , what will be the dosage timing and, after what duration from the completion of 21 tablets , I need to start the another set/cycle of 21 days ?
