Poly Cystic Ovarian Disor
I've been suffering from pcod since last 2 years! Tries alopathy but as I knew it's not advisable for long term presently following ayurvedic! But even if I skip the medicines one or two times all the symptoms appear. Like cravings,rapid weight increase, tiredness,mood swings,excess facial hair,acnes,pimples and cramps! Extreme pain also! And this is doing disaster to my everyday life! I need to put a full stop to this. And make sure these symptoms don't appear again!

Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.
