Poly cystic ovaries
I am married since 2015 May and we are trying to conceive post 2 months after marriage. On 2016 February we consult a gynecologist and undergone ultrasound scan.I was diagnosed with poly cystic ovaries and kidney stone.I am undergoing treatment for cyst, but didn't get any positive results. My current tablets are folic acid tablets,ovabless,ebexide and duphaston. My husband has done a sperm count test and he was prescribed some vitamin pills.please advise for further treatment

You should get ovulation induction and follicular monitoring by some good gynaecologist.
Try reducing weight.
You may also need tubal evaluation by an HSG.
You have not specified your husband sperm count. If things don't work out you may need IUI also.
