PNS REPORT DNS TO LEFT SIDE
Hello I had little congestion in oroparhyngeal region so gone to ENT doctor he said take x-ray PNS . Report given has DNS TO LEFT SIDE. But I don't have any cold,cough , sometimes in night I feel like one side nose block that's it. Is that any problem?

Occasional congestion is quite normal and can be due to any reason ranging from tonsillopharyngitis to sinusitis.. If you are not having any symptoms of sinusitis like nasal discharge or headaches which remail constant, you don't really need to worry about the slight congestion.. If it increases or remains constant then you may need to take further investigation and treatment till then steam inhalation and warm salt water gargles should be enough

If it's not bothering you much with symptoms like nose blockage, headache then nothing to do..Still CT PNS is required to be sure about the condition. This episode of little congestion can be managed by medications. You can take this for 5 days- Tab. Allegra-M once a day Tab. Neksium 40mg once a day Nasoclear drops 3 drops 3 times a day Steam inhalation thrice a day
