Normal heart rate is between 60-100. In case if it's more than 100 then take rest. Avoid heavy workout, reduce stress and tension. Regularise sleep for 6 hours. Do affirmative meditation. Monitor blood pressure for next 5 days in the morning as well as in the evening time. Even after all these if it's continue to persist then do an ECG and do certain blood tests like Lipid profile, Thyroid profile (Free Blood) and Iron profile and Consult under practo in case of emergency.
