Seems like left cheek is big and other side is small .and lips also up and down ...is it swelling or anything. ..no pain ..but i have TMJ left side.

Hello madam. Did this change happen recently or has it been there for few years. This is important. Also have you had any dental pain or joint pain recently. Based on the photos, If no other issues exist then the slight facial swelling may be normal.

Kindly mix magnesium sulphate 1 packet in the glycerine 100gms bottle . The prepared mixture to be applied over the swelling on left side 20-25 times a day for 5 days from outside of face. Do not wash previously applied layer (apply one over another).
Next Steps
kindly look for decayed tooth specially on the swollen side. if presence of decayed tooth next treatment protocol needs to be followed.

do not apply hot water , hot bag, avoid hot food, hot beverages. till the swelling subsides.

Hello Ths is bcz of many reasons .it may be bcz of ur teeth alignment issue,may be decayed teeth ,may be tmj issue
