I'm this report Blood urea nitrogen is less And TSH is on the borderline. UIBC and TIBC and Transferrin saturation is abnormal.

Minor thyroid problems can be tackled by change in diet and do a follow up thyroid profile after 3 months. TSH may rise due to insulin resistance.
