It is a sketchy report. The Pathologist wants to say that it is malignancy but he couldn't get enough evidence in the section. I will recommend that you should ask the Pathologist to hand over the block and slides to you and should consult with a Pathologist who is working in an Oncology Centre.

Biopsy and pathology report shows it is gastrointestinal stromal tumor stage 1 low grade . Most patients with this type of tumor  can be cured with surgery alone at early stage without the. involvement of local surrounding tissues or organs.The surgeon who has treated may have informed about it.
