Pls recommend Pregnancy Test. Effective.

Hi my wife is 32 yrs and she is 8 wk 2 days pregnant. I have a 6 yr daughter diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My elder brother was also ADHD. No other family history. Elder daughter was born via normal delivery but she was kept in glass cubicle for 4 hrs. Don't know the reason why she was kept. Hence we wanted to ensure that there are no abnormalities or autism related issues again. We wanted to know what tests can be done at the earliest. We went to clinical genetist and we became more confused. Genetist recommended to do CMA and Fragile X. She told If positive then do prenatal test like aminocentesis or CVA. If no result or the result is negative she will not give opinion. She also said around 40-50% times you will not find anything. I read invasive tests are a risk to pregnancies. While my gynaecologist told to do NIPT at 9 weeks and Dual marker at end of 12 wks. Pls suggest what best can be done. I read NIPT and Dual marker is same rather NIPT is more effective.
