Pls help.. Post typhoid trauma
Good Evening Doctors, I was suffering from typhoid past three weeks and now I am fine. I have turned quite thin and I used to look pretty and after typhoid no more. I have rejoined office and everyone makes fun of my looks and esp the men.I have escalated the same to our HR department. I don't like it. I seek help coz I have been psychologically very upset. We don't invite disease to harm us. I am an orphan. I managed to take care of myself alone. I want to get rid of my psychology. It's preventing me to go out as well. I love myself a lot. Pls suggest.. Serious advise required... Thnx n regards

Hey! Everyone faces this. For some you will be too thin, and for the others too fat. If external opinions start affecting you, you will never be happy. Believe in yourself. Eat well, exercise regularly and do things that make you feel good about yourself. Be with people who make you happy. Try meditation and pranayam.
Next Steps
Meet a local physician or psychologist incase it affects you too much
