Limit consumption of alcohol and caffeinated drinks, which cause dehydration. Add fiber-rich foods to your diet, such as raw fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, prunes, or bran cereal. Daily intake of fiber should be between 20 and 35 grams. Cut down on low-fiber foods, such as meat, milk, cheese, and processed foods.

Hi! Constipation or difficult bowel movements can be due to several reasons like dehydration, less fibre in diet , no physical activity, smoking , alcohol consumption and sleep problems. All cooked veg,raw as cucumber,carrot,cabbage,onions,beetroot.,ginger,.. Fruits as bananarobusta,grapes,papaya,gauva,apple,. Dryfruits as figs,almonds,raisins,dates .walnuts. Greengram sprouts raw. Millets Wholewheat. Milk milkproducts buttermilk,ghee All the above are good healthy foods. Walking yoga exercise are good habits.
