Pleural effusion
My father, who is 54 years old, has been recently diagnosed with Asthma. He has also been diagnosed with Pleural effusion in the left lung. Today, he got Mantoux test done. Is pleural effusion curable?

Pleural fluid is to be aspirated.With different investigations the cause may be determined and by these it is known whether it is curable.
