Patient conditions not improving since 28 Oct, LFT was done sgpt 745andsgot422 then AKURIT4 withdraw and give new regimen levofloxacin, ethambutol, streptomycin and amoxyclav till17nov,LFT normal. Hi At present continue the medications. Watch liver enzymes. If it increase me than 3 times of normal, they will switch over the drugs.
