Hi,
Calculus of size 6.4 mm (posterior acoustic shadow) in upper pole of left kidney is definite case of LEFT NEPHROLITHIASIS.
Homoeopathy is the best option for this esp when the size of calculi is less than 10 mm. Beriberis vulgaris tincture is one of the specific medicines for this condition.
