Asked for Female, 23 Years

Sir , My mother is under lupus treatment from past 4 years and frok 1 month she was feeling pain im her leg so the dr adviced us to take some tests. I have attached a report . My query is what the reports state and does she need surgery as the dr suggested us to under go surgery. Please help . Thankyou
