1. Root canal treatment and crown which will save your tooth
2. Extraction but not recommended as this tooth can be saved by root canal treatment.

There is furcation involvement and periapical lesion . The tooth requires first rct followed by observation for 4 weeks and if this still persists then need periodontal surgery . Also we need to correlate clinically .
