Hello i having symptoms of internal tremor like some vibration going inside body like in blood. I have done blood test
Thyroid seems normal, blood count seems normal. Vitamin d:10.9 ng/ml. Vitamin b12:219pg/ml. What may be the cause of this. How can i solve this. Age is 23.
