Please help me to diagnose my problem

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I'm facing low grade fever 99 with heat intolerance issue n seems like something is not right in body... Having fast heartbeat n breathing issues... Sometimes on off red signs on body... And at the same time, some stomach discomfort..
