Please help identify the problem
I'm having constipation, can't empty bowel.
Also, there is angular chelitis on lips.
Hair loss and dark circles.
Bones are getting weak.
There's PPP around penile. Uti symptoms like pain while ejaculating.
Cloudy urine.
Urine culture test is negative.
I strongly feel there is some infection or bacterial growth.
All blood test are normal.
I have tried everything for constipation but no permanent relief.
