It all depends on what is the urgency to get this surgery done .            If you want this Surgery immediately (because someone is coming to see you for a matrimonial alliance) and it is a question of Life and Death for you then you may like to hurry it up.           Otherwise you should get your Anaemia treated first, get a Haemoglobin level of 12 gm% and then get the surgery done.

Your low hemoglobin may not be enough to be fit for surgery. At least 10 gm of hemoglobin is required for surgical procedures

Your hemoglobin (Hb) of 8 g/dL is quite low and indicates severe anemia. This can lead to symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, and weakness. With such low Hb, surgery, including rhinoplasty, is risky because it can affect your healing and increase complications.
Next Steps
Surgery should be delayed until your hemoglobin level is improved and you're in better health.

Rhinoplasty is done under GA. I don't think the anaesthetist will give a go ahead for surgery at this low level.
