Hi my baby had high fever day before yesterday , 104 degree , which came down and was constant 98.8 till evening, later at night he had cold sweats when I about to put paracetamol, I checked he was having cold sweats and body temperature is 95.9,96-96.8, please let me know is this normal I tried to cover him up in blanket, but then the temperature is still around that feet and palm are warm but, core is also little bit warm,when I checked back is clumsy even after covering him in a blanket, is this normal till now I don't see shivering,he is taking feeds , do I put sweater but then it will make him sweat more, do I put another layer of clothing?he is on antibiotics currently is that the reason of cold sweats?

It can be one of the reasons. Instead of one woollen cloth, put layers of cotton clothes over the baby. This will help when the baby sweats. Temperature will become normal soon
