Fever in baby 104
Hi my baby is 3months old, all of sudden he got fever at night which was 100 degrees initially, later which rose around 103-104 at 3 am in night Practo paediatrician Dr.Saurabh Sharma really helped me out in that panic situation pacified and guided further, gave him calpol drops at 3am for a while it subsided, as he has sweats and came to 99, again in the morning by 7 it rose again to 100.7, gave him calpol drops , where he did sweat and fever came down, later I physically visited my family paediatrician,who changed drops and gave ibuprofen and paracetamol syrup for fever course of 3 days, and antibiotics course of 5 days, I want to ask will fever of baby rise again at night? Because til now temp is around 98-98.8 capillary since morning, mentioning every six hours I am giving him parcetamol syrup, which helped him to stay at that temperature, please guide will it rise again at night? How many days will such temperature variation will b there?and he did not sweat in his last dose

Mostly it will be 2 to 3 days If ur giving 6 hrly less chances of getting fever
