Your blood report is by and large normal.
Typhoid test as done in your case is not confirmatory of Typhoid.
There are many tests which can be done but before that you should have a detailed clinical examination.

Start some antibiotics first of all.. get malaria , dengue , thyphidot IgM, blood and urine culture.

Typhoid is positive. Need to start proper antibiotics.

And also get dengue ns1 antigen test done as platelet count is decreased

Although widal reports positive but it is not confirmatory for typhoid.
Platelet low.
Get tested for Dengue and Malaria also.
