If the reduced platelet count is associated along with the fever for a few days then dengue is to be suspected mam.

to take platelet count tomorrow and see the course
if it is continuously reducing get admitted in a hospital and start getting treated .

If dengue test comes positive then,her platelet count will reduce further
And then it will increase
Becoz low platelet count is temporary in dengue pt.
