Plaque and tartar problem in teeth.
I am having plaque and tartar problem in my teeth and i am just 19...i tried many home remedies but that isn't showing any result...so can you suggeat any way...i dont wanna see a doctor as i am vey afraid of the dentists and their equipments.

Hello I completely understand the dental phobia you have but only way to remove the tartar is by cleaning by a dentist Tartar can't be removed by home remedies Don't be scared of the procedure and machines as they won't harm you at all After cleaning you will be perfectly fine and happy seeing the change
