Hello there. I can understand your concern. Plantar fascitis is a condition which usually resolves soon if you take proper precautions and no special methods are required to treat it. You can take a pain killer to control the pain. Use a different type of shoe or use soft padding in your shoe soles. There are a special type of slippers available for such patients, get those to wear at home. You can aaply a hot pack and a cold pack alternatively. Consult a orthopedician for further management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
