Pain waist to foot heel
In left side pain from waist to heel pain is there from yesterday 12 pm no sugar . she thinks maybe its because of cleaning the floor . not able to walk properly

Could be spinal stenosis. Do hot fomentation over lower back. Gabapentin 300mg at bed time for 5 days.
