Hi! I am suffering from plantar fascitis from last three years. I took medication, got physiotherapy done. But that did not give me long term relief. My feet really hurts when i keep it on floor. This condition restrics me from going for jogs/run or even walk normally without pain. Please suggest a solution.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +wax therapy +some stretching exercises will be helpful for sure...
Use heel cushion+soft footwears + ankle movements every 2-3 hours intervals specially when you start walking after a long rest.
