Plantar fasciitis near hebbal
I am suffering from plantar fasciitis from past 4 years, tried steroid injection but pain comes back in few months please recommend the treatment . Or should i approach physiotherapist

Start physiotherapy asap along with plantar facial stretching exercises and hot and cold fomentations, try to avoid standing for long hours.

Hello usually pain will reduce with us and ift or wax bath or contrast bath and stretching and strengthening exs. But you need to follow the exs regularly for long term benefits . Show modifications also helps.
