Plantar fasciitis
Hi..I am suffering from heel pain since last 5 months.Consulted 3 doctors and undergone physiotherapy for 15 days in two hospitals.I am still having pain while walking, early morning and when I step a foot from rest.I am also doing few muscle stretch excercises as suggested by physiotherapist but there is no improvement.Pls advise what needs to done to recover from this pain.

Greeting! I’m sorry about the pain. But you can start applying ice to the exact area where there is a pain and then gradually stretch the calf muscles.
Next Steps
Try to massage the heel area in a circular motion. This will help you to decrease the morning stiffness. Also, start toe walking and heel walking.
