Apart from footware and isoles which will help you have to work on reducing the inflammation on the plantar facia . Consult a physio and work on the inflammation and tight muscles to fix the problem for a long term . Do not take any machine ( ultrasonic) yourself withiut proper assesment as that conevntial old treatments do not work for all all patients are different. Work on stretchings

Put your feet alternately in hot n cold water tub . This will help you in relieving pain . Do not walk on uneven surfaces or rocky floor . Wear soft sole footwear like Dr Shawls footwear .

Some ASICS or nimbus series come with inbuilt gel arch support. But you need to get it assessed with a physiotherapist or podiatrist before you try it. There can be other components of hip and pelvic mobility, foot stiffness etc that needs to be addressed to have a reasonable resolution.
