Plantar fasciitis and knee pain
From the past several years I have been suffering from ankle and to pain which make it hard to walk. Doctor advised me to wear silicon ankles. ( Seems like m having plantar fasciitis). Now with time situation got worse and I am suffering from.knee pain along with ankle,toe pain. I am finding it very hard to cope up with day to day life due to this problem. Which specialisation  doctor should I see?  Any help/ advise regarding this would be highly appreciated.

This pain may have origin in Lumbar spine better consult orthopaedic Spine surgeon. You can try simple exercise of spine if possible you can try Suryanamskar under guidance of experts
