Planning for a baby
I am 34 yrs,  get regular timely periods every month with 28 days cycle, never had any gynaecology issues till date. I am planning to try for a baby, please let me know are there any particular tests I need to do before conceiving to make sure I have a healthy pregnancy and birth? I know pregnancy takes a toll on the mothers body, so I want to be absolutely sure all my parameters are ready. Thanks.
